Managed (Model) Portfolio:
Our managed portfolio is a low risk portfolio.  We primarily use ETFs in our portfolios however, mutual funds may be used if appropriate ETF is not avaliable for a particular market segment or asset class.  Generally each fund (ETF or Mutual fund), based on its objective is considered as properly diversified at the fund level. To avoid overlap of asset classes, each ETF and/or Mutual fund used in our portfolio is analyzed in detail.

Minimum assets required to invest in the Managed Portfolio: $250,000

The following fee schedule applies to the Managed Portfolio:

$250,000   to $1,000,000 (1% of the assets)
$1000,001 to $2,000,000 (0.75% of the assets)
>$2,000,000 (0.50% of the assets)

Separately Managed Accounts (“SMAs”):
Our portfolios for SMAs are primarily made of value stocks. For our SMA portfolios we seek financially strong companies that are relatively undervalued with the potential of providing higher growth over a long term horizon. Please contact us for more information.
